OFFICE MEMORAMDUM

Subject: Panel of Transaction Advisers.

        The undersigned is directed to invite reference to the revewal of the Panel of Transaction Advisers and to convey that Department of Economic Affairs had fresh expression of interest for renewal of the Panel and has completed the short listing process therof. However, a final view on whether a new panel should be notified has not been taken. Hence, it is suggested that till the new panel is notified or further orders thereon, the Transaction Advisors may be selected through open competition and not by inviting proposals from this Department's Panel.
